Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The wrong size was sent compared to what was ordered  
• The item arrived with a genuine manufacturing defect

Photo proof is required for all exchange requests.

Exchange Request Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be approved.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

• Item must be unworn  
• Item must be unwashed  
• Item must be free of odors, stains, or damage  
• Item must be returned in original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Wear & Use Policy

Items that show any signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Odors such as deodorant, cologne, smoke, or detergent  
• Stains, marks, lint, or pet hair  
• Signs of washing or stretching  
• Damage to fabric, print, or tags

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Any item that appears worn or used will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are strongly encouraged to review the size chart provided on each product page before purchasing.

We are not responsible for sizing errors made when ordering if the correct size was shipped.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Limited Releases

Items sold as limited releases, special drops, or exclusive products may be designated as final sale and may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us with:

• Your order number  
• Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect size received

If approved, the item will be exchanged for the same item in the correct size or a replacement of the same product, depending on availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before completing checkout, including shipping address, item selection, and size. Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor or device display settings, lighting, and photography.
